Price Matching Policy
Should you find an identical product online at a lower price before placing your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to match and possibly even beat that price. Please include the complete URL of the competitor’s website in your e-mail, along with your name, phone number, and the details of the product and price difference so that we can promptly provide you with an offer. The advertised, published price must be from a competitor that is an authorized U.S. dealer of the product and the product must be in stock and not a special order. Published price means the price that is advertised publicly as we cannot match in-cart discounts or preferred pricing. The competitor cannot be an online liquidation or auction site and the competitor’s product must be in new condition and identical in that it’s the same brand, style and SKU of our product. Please keep in mind that shipping, handling fees, and any applicable sales tax will be taken into consideration. For example, if we offer free shipping and the competitor charges for shipping, then the competitor’s total price, including shipping will be used for price matching. Our price matching policy does not apply to clearance, closeout, open box, refurbished, and/or returned products and additional discounts may not be applied with our price matching offer. We reserve the right to decline to match a price with a disreputable or unknown online competitor that has no reviews or bad reviews, such as a history of selling “backordered” products that they cannot actually deliver.
Pricing and Product Description Disclaimer
We make every effort to provide you with accurate content, including product information, pricing and product displays. However, on rare occasion, it is possible that pricing and/or product information could be inaccurate due to typographical errors, mistakes, or technical issues. Therefore, displayed pricing is subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to inaccurate pricing. Policies, pricing, and item availability are subject to change without notice and Stewart Lighting and Stewart Fans reserve the right to limit quantities.
Pricing Quotes are valid for only 30 days. After 30 days, expired Pricing Quotes must be revised to account for possible vendor price changes and/or availability.

Please call us at 904-880-8499 before placing an order with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order as we cannot ship your order until these funds have cleared our bank.
Minimum Order Policy
We require a minimum online order of $15. The vast majority of our items are more than $15 so this usually isn’t a problem, but for smaller items, we need to collect a minimum dollar amount to cover shipping, handling, and credit card charges.
